Tewodros Tadesse Araya is a coach, leadership development expert, and social transformational trainer with over 10 years of experience in the areas of leadership, training, organizational development, and operational management. Tewodros has provided senior executives, government officials, and international organizations across Africa with coaching services, and professional advice, and expertise. He has delivered hundreds of training programs that have improved organizational leadership across the public sector, private sector, and NGOs.
As a response to the growing need for servant leaders, Tewodros founded the Center for African Leadership Studies (CALS) to develop an enlightened next generation of leaders empowered with the skills and networks to revitalize their respective organizations and countries. He is a strong believer in the power of homegrown innovation to solve local challenges hence why he launched xHub Addis together with his team and without external funding.
He had a rather ambitious vision to empower local young people with the tools and environment needed to amplify their ideas through technology entrepreneurship. To this day, Tewodros continually works to develop the capacity of individuals, companies, and organizations as a means to create sustainable and positive leadership solutions.
