XHub's Flagship Event

Entrepreneur’ s Mindset Session is xHubs ’ flagship event, the 1st of its kind, in which incubation, acceleration, innovation, and entrepreneurship are introduced to the larger Ethiopian community. Every month we have an EMS program where social entrepreneurs meet and learn from the experience of other entrepreneurs, encourage each other, network, discuss their challenges, policy issues, potential, and existing opportunities.
Successful entrepreneurs who come from various sectors such as arts, sports, technology, health, education, and more share their experiences to spark inspiring conversation with the audience. By attending our EMS you will get the unique opportunity to showcase any of your work and network with experienced professionals.

On our Monthly EMS, the attendees range from students to business owners and government officials. Covering almost every business sector, professionals with a variety of expertise join us as we learn from each other and uncover the key mindset of an entrepreneur to succeed. We have been able to reach more than 300 people in a single session and a total of 45,000 people throughout the years as well as reaching 50,000+ audiences through our online presence.

Entrepreneurs Mindset Session

xHub Addis has been hosting the event at its space for the past five years and this year is going to be bigger and better with more guest speakers, professionals, and groundbreaking entrepreneurs. Starting from the end of 2021 we have been hosting the event at Sheraton Addis to encompass a wider audience with substantial topics. Through our monthly event, we are building the next generation of entrepreneurs and strengthening those who have started their own businesses
